I am experienced lean healthcare expert. I finished production engineering studies and thanks to that I could connected medical branch with engineering and proces technology. I’m passionate about lean, using practical experience to solve daily problems in hospitals and other organizations.

I’ve set up Lean Hospitals company to lead improvement projects in hospitals. First in Poland I have organized Lean Healthcare Symposium where hospitals managers could participate in workshops and see how to using lean healthcare tools and general approach. I lead the project which won first prize for lean management project in services in Poland, lead by Lean Enterprise Institute. I also published case study in ASQ American Society for Quality and at Nephrology News and Issues. On the blog www.leanhospitals.pl you can find articles about lean healthcare. I exchange my experience with experts all over the world. I would like to transform polish health care based on lean healthcare and modern technologies as VR Virtual Reality, AR Augmented Reality, AI Artificial Intelligence, IoMT Internet of Medical Things and telemedicine.

I have finished Executive MBA studies with distinction, led by GFKM and Rotterdam School of Management. I wrote MBA thesis about improving patient queues in hospitals using six sigma methodology in health care and IoMT internet of medical things. I gained experience leading LEAN projects in hospitals, public and private sector as well as in worldwide production companies like Schneider Electric, HOWE, KTP, LINQ. I was controlling quality and engineering departments in USA, DK, UK and PL. I’m the co-author of Business and Digital Transformation Project for H.Cegielski Poznan S.A. and RUCH S.A. As the enthusiast of continuous improvement steb by step, KAIZEN and implementing changes based on work with people and empowerment I’m efficiently raise company on higher level of business and proces maturity.
